Kim Kardashian Attacked By Late Designer Karl Lagerfeld's Feisty Feline Choupette As She Plans To Take $13 Million Pet To Met Gala
The late fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld’s beloved cat Choupette quashed Kim Kardashian's secret plan to take her as a date to the Met Gala 2023, where the theme was Karl Lagerfeld. However, the feisty Birman feline did not seem interested in Kim’s proposal and it took a brutal swipe at her, literally.

The German fashion designer who passed away in 2019, left a whopping $1.5 million to the cat in his will.

The latest incident occurred after Kim was on a whirlwind trip to London and Paris with her son Saint and his soccer friends when she got a chance to meet Choupette in person. But, things clearly did not go as planned. ALSO READ | Kim Kardashian Has Set NEW, STRICT Dating Criteria After Her Whirlwind Romance With Pete Davidson, Here's Why-DETAILS INSIDE

Kim revealed her plans in last week’s episode, as she confessed, “So we just left London, and our next leg on our soccer tour is to Paris, to see Paris Saint Germain play, and while I'm here, I have a little meeting with Choupette, Karl Lagerfeld's cat, because Choupette is supposed to be my date for the Met. I want to spend some time with her, get to know her, and just see if we vibe,' Kim says in confession.”

Further in the episode, Kim tells the camera, “I am going to the Met with Karl Lagerfeld's cat as my date and I'm so excited. Since I'm here on this soccer trip, I figured it might be the perfect place to come meet Choupette.”

“Guys, is this cat gonna like me?” said Kim while she appeared nervous and added, “I literally feel like I'm going on a blind date.”

She also met Lucas Berullier, the cat Choupette's agent, and Françoise Caçote, Choupette's caregiver.

During the episode, Francoise holds up the Louis Vuitton cat carrier holding Choupette, as Kim adds in confession, “I did my first fashion shoot ever when North was in my belly, with Karl Lagerfeld shooting it and we shot a few times after. I mean, he's a legend, and I get what an honour it is to bring his baby Choupette.”

Later, Francoise brings the feline to the couch where Kim is seen sitting and she gently pets the cat, saying gently, “Hi baby.”

“What a beautiful cat,” Kim added, but as she kept petting her, Choupette turned her head away and hisses before turning to Kim and hissing again. “Don't worry, she won't do anything to you,” Kim is told, as she laughed it off and said, “Oh it's OK, I act like that sometimes too.”

Kim added in confession, “I think Choupette is playing hard-to-get, maybe she just has to warm up, you know?”

“She is feisty,” Kim points out, adding in confession, “Choupette is really key to my whole vibe for the Met this year, so if we don't vibe, I don't know what I'm gonna do. I just hope she warms up to me… cause this wouldn't be cute.” ALSO READ | Kim Kardashian Claims She Was 'Scared Out Of Her Mind' To Tell Kanye West About Her Son's Male Nanny; Internet REACTS-SEE TWEETS

Nevertheless, Kim is still with the cat, and she lowers her finger while saying softly, “Please don't bite me,” but the cast hisses again and Kim pulls her hand back. Instantly, the cat's agent admits, “She's not the biggest cuddler,” but every time Kim tries to lower her hand over the cat, she hisses.

Kim added in confession, “So I'm getting a little bit nervous and I think I just fully wanna pivot. There's so many factors I think could be negative, especially with the cameras and the people. Even if she's scared from the cameras and not me. I don't know if it's fair to Choupette, so I think I realized really quickly that, Choupette, we're not a match, so I'm not bringing her to the Met,” as they show Kim trying to hold her and she hisses again.

Choupette - who has a reported net worth of $13 million - didn't go to the Met Gala, actor/singer Jared Leto did actually dress up AS the cat during the bash.
